Walk in Walt Disney’s Footsteps at His 1930s Storybook Estate
NEW: ENHANCED WITH A LITTLE EXTRA HALLOWEEN TIME FUN
Tucked into the hills of Los Feliz, this is the home Walt Disney built in 1932 for his young family, at the very moment he was quietly changing the history of film. He raised his daughters here, hosted Hollywood’s most celebrated figures, and screened early cuts of films the world had never seen anything like.

On rare occasions, the gates open to the public.
On this approximately 90-minute guided tour, you’ll explore the interior and exterior of Walt’s private home, including his personal screening room, where classics were previewed long before they reached the world, and the Seven Dwarfs Cottage, the backyard playhouse Walt built for Diane and Sharon in 1937.

There is something quietly powerful about standing in the rooms where Walt Disney actually lived. Not the Walt of legend or theme parks or corporate mythology, but the man himself. A father. A dreamer. Someone who looked at a blank page and saw something the rest of the world couldn’t yet imagine.
This tour won’t just show you a beautiful old house. It will bring you closer to the person behind everything you grew up loving.

Through November 1st, tours add a little extra Halloween magic, with enchanted details, the screening of some Disney Halloween shorts, and more.
